Shop Suit by Building Suit
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Shop Suit by Building Suit.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. The service
Shop Suit is a hosted business-operations service. Features and limits depend on the active plan, account eligibility, and the capabilities made available in the product.
2. Accounts and authority
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Protect credentials and use team permissions appropriately.
- Only enter or manage information that you are authorized to use.
- The Shop owner is responsible for authorized team access and activity in the workspace.
- Team members use their own accounts and accept invitations. Team actions depend on assigned permissions and locations; delegated administrators cannot grant permissions they do not hold.
- Each user account is intended for one active device/session at a time. Provider enforcement is not currently verified as enabled; where enabled, the newest sign-in takes precedence at session refresh, and already-issued access tokens may remain valid until expiry. This is not an instant-revocation or credential-sharing prevention guarantee. Normal logout ends only the current session.
3. Customer records
You control the business records entered into your workspace and are responsible for their accuracy, legality, and necessary notices or permissions. Shop Suit supports operations and reports but does not replace professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.
4. Trials, plans, and payment
New eligible accounts receive the trial described at signup. Plan availability, limits, price, currency, and subscription interval are shown before checkout.
Current public plans are Solo (1 or 2 members), Team (8 members), and Multi (16 members for 2 branches or 25 members for 3 branches). Member limits include the owner; unexpired pending invitations reserve capacity. The selected catalog terms govern the price, interval, and resource limits; existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms. Plan changes can be blocked by usage above the selected limits and do not automatically delete or archive business records.
New subscription payments use X-Pay hosted checkout when available. You may pay from day one of the trial without waiting seven days. The first paid term starts after verified payment, with historical trial dates preserved. Pending, failed or cancelled payments and browser redirects do not grant access. New payments do not require manual transfer notices or receipt-image uploads. Existing paid terms and historical payment records remain preserved.
Plan changes and manual renewal
Subscription payments are one-time confirmations. Shop Suit does not automatically debit a card for renewal. You cannot buy another prepaid full term while your subscription is active. Previously verified paid periods and receipts remain honored.
A supported upgrade within the same billing interval uses verified unused paid value and available account credit against the cost of the remaining time. The paid expiry date stays unchanged. Activation requires verified payment or your explicit eligible credit confirmation.
Cheaper plans, reduced entitlements and annual-to-monthly changes are scheduled for the end of the existing paid term. Scheduling takes no payment now and does not activate the target plan. Review the available price and confirm a manual next-term payment or eligible credit use when due; access can become read-only after expiry if the next term is not confirmed.
Only one pending change is allowed. You can cancel it before an associated payment is unresolved. Resolve excess team or branch usage by suspending members or archiving branches before activation; business and billing records are retained. Private offers remain subject to recipient, validity and expiry checks.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, interference, or abusive automation.
- Do not upload malicious code or content you are not authorized to process.
- Do not misrepresent payment, identity, or business information.
6. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, secure, or change the service and will update applicable information when material terms change.
7. Cancellation, refunds, and records
Cancellation and refund requests follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Subscription expiry or cancellation may restrict new operations while preserving authorized access to existing records. Records may be retained where needed for security, audit, billing, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you remain responsible for business decisions, source data, devices, credentials, and use of exported information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
